Board Books, Picture Books, Early Readers, and more... Alongside our collection, there is comfortable seating for reading together, puzzles, and take home bags with literacy kits and more available to you in the children's section.

The Reed City Area District Library holds programming for children year round. Story time is available for kids age 3-7 on Wednesday's at 11:30 am during fall, winter, and spring. We have a large Summer Reading Program while school is closed available to all kids ages 0-18. We encourage children to participate and keep reading during the summer.
