Library Policy

Below, patrons can view our operations manual, board by-laws, district agreements, and our emergency weather and holiday procedures. Policies are reviewed by FosterSwift Collins and Smith PC and the Executive Director. Then it is approved by a board of trustees representing each district (City of Reed City, Lincoln Twp, Richmond Twp, Green Charter Twp, and Cedar Twp).
