About the Event
The American Revolution was fought with the blade! Join Swordsmanship Museum and Academy historian Jerry Berg as he leads us into the battlefields of the American Revolutionary War to explain the overlooked importance of blades on the battlefields of revolutionary America. Bayonets, swords, spears, knives, axes, and more all played a significant role. High quality replicas and original artifacts from the war will be brought for an up close and personal look at the bladed weapons and how they were used 250 years ago.
This project was funded (or funded in part) by a grant from Osceola Community Foundation, an affiliate of Fremont Area Community Foundation.
